Mahi Sorkh Kardeh "Pan Fried Fish"

- Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Heat enough cooking oil in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat and add the floured fish.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish take on a golden brown hue.
- Place the cooked fish on a paper towel before serving to get rid of excess oil. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish.
It is customary to serve Fried Fish with Sabzi Polow on the Iranian New Year's day Nowruz.
